The Book of Revelation mentions three things we can do today that will matter in eternity. Can you think of them?

1. The most important one is winning the lost. Revelation talks about people being gathered around the throne of God from every nation, tribe, kindred and people. Having a part in getting those souls there will matter forever.
2. The Prayers of the saints are also remembered and valued in heaven. They are the incense around the throne. The words spoken in prayer today are turned into worship tomorrow.
3. The righteous deeds of the saints are also mentioned in the Book of Revelation. The clean, white linen that clothes the saints on Christ’s return is identified by John as the righteous deeds of the saints.

Winning the lost, praying, and doing good deeds are all part of what matters in eternity. Right now counts forever. Let’s steward our time and opportunities wisely!
