We look for design in creation because it demonstrates two things at the same time. It displays the glory of God and it shows how He has perfectly provided for His creation, including us. He accomplished both at the same time. Here are some ways God has “twisted interests” with us:

1. In the design of God’s creation, we see God’s beauty and goodness.
2. Design offers clues to our purpose, our potential, and our limitations (boundaries).
3. Living according to our design brings us the most pleasure and satisfaction.
4. Experiencing the art and symmetry of God’s design enhances our worship of the greatest Artist.

We spend too much time inside viewing the creations of man. Take some time today to walk in the woods. Adjust your gaze to see what only God can do. Soon you will see His handiwork everywhere!
